摘要
实验采用简便、快速的提取净化方法和火焰光度检测的气相色谱法测定土壤中残留的痕量硫双威,土壤中硫双威的最低检出浓度为003mg/kg,平均加标回收率在9831%~1054%范围内,变异系数小于4%。该方法准确度高、灵敏度高。
A multiresidue analysis method used a simple and quick sample preparation technique and GC-FPD to determine thiodicarb in soil samples. The samples were extracted by CH 2Cl 2, all CH 2Cl 2 rotay-evaporated in 50℃ waterbath. The residues were detected by GC-FPD. The average recoveries of thiodicarb in soil were between 97 5% and 105 4%. The coefficients of variation were between 1 81% - 4 71%, The minimum detective concectration for thiodicarb in soil was 0 03 mg/kg.
