糖尿病肾病发病机制研究现状 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)的发病机制虽未完全阐明,但目前研究认为主要与肾脏的血流动力学改变、多元醇代谢途径异常、蛋白非酶糖化和大分子糖化终末产物(AGEs)的生成、细胞因子的异常及基因多态性、细胞凋亡、脂代谢紊乱、钙分布异常等因素密切相关。深入研究DN的发病机制,对于防治本病有重要意义。
