Survey of Blood Station Staff about Cognition of Occupational Hazards and Safeguard Situation

目的:了解血站工作人员对职业危害的认知和防护措施。方法:对血站46名工作人员进行问卷调查。结果:血站工作人员对职业危害认知较高,但其认知意识和防护行为仍有必要提高和加强。结论:血站应系统加强职业安全教育,增强工作人员的个人防护意识,采取有效的防护措施,减少职业危害的发生。

Objective:Survey the blood station staff's cognition of the occupational hazards and safeguard.Methods:We conduct a questionnaire survey of 46 staff of blood station about the knowledge of occupational hazards and protection.Result:The blood station staff have a better consciousness of the professional harms, but no specific protection against them.Conclusion:The education is the key to occupation safeguard, which can not only improve staff's awareness of occupational hazards but also reduce the occurrences caused by them.
