摘要
目的建立氨金黄敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对处方中的对乙酰氨基酚进行含量测定。以甲醇-水(体积比20∶80)为流动相,流速:1ml/min,检测波长为249nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚在0.0468~0.2808mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,回收率平均值为98.98%,RSD为1.28%。结论该方法简便快速,稳定可靠,重复性良好,可用于氨金黄敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定。
Objective To establish an method for the determination of Paracetamol in Anjin Huangmin granules. Methods The analysis was performed on a Hydrosphere C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of methanolwater (20:80). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 279 nm. Results The Paracetamol had a good linearship in the range of 0.0468-0.2808 mg/ml (r=0.99991). The average recovery was 98.98%, and RSD was 1.28%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible. And it can be used for the quality control of Anjin Huangmin granule.
