偏痛宁片中阿魏酸的含量测定

Determination of Ferulic Acid in Piantongning Tablet

目的偏痛宁片由川芎、香附、白芍、柴胡、白芷等八味药组成,具有行气、活血、止痛之功效,用于血管性头痛和偏头痛。方中川芎为君药,在对偏痛宁片进行质量评价时,选取川芎的主要成分阿魏酸的含量作为指标,建立含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温:35℃,流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(20∶80),检测波长为316nm。结果阿魏酸在2.8～42μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),精密度试验(n=6)RSD为0.9%,样品溶液在8h内稳定;阿魏酸平均回收率为97.6%,RSD=1.1%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为偏痛宁片中阿魏酸的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of the Ferulic acid in the Piantongning Tablet. Methods HPLC was performed to determine the Ferulic acid on C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of a mixture of CH3CN-0.085% phosphoric acid （20：80）, the UV detection wavelength was 316 nm, and the temperature of column was 35℃. Results The content of Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 2.8-42 μg/ml （r=0.9991）, the average recovery was 97.6%, and RSD=1.1% （n=6）. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the Piantongning tablet.
