摘要
针对稠油低温氧化降粘技术,探讨了ⅤA族金属氧化物的有机化合物[(Bi2O3)(acac)2](LTO-CB)催化氧化稠油的性能。研究了LTO-CB对稠油的降粘率随反应时间、浓度及温度的变化规律。结果表明,LTO-CB对稠油的低温氧化降粘作用与LTO-CB浓度、氢质子供体以及反应时间有关。LTO-CB在低温条件下通过降解沥青质来有效降低稠油粘度,对不同粘度的稠油降粘率可达50%以上。
The catalyzed oxidative performance of(Bi2O3)(acac)2(LTO-CB)for Heavy oil was investigated according to the technology of low-temperature oxidization viscosity-reducing.(Bi2O3)(acac)2 was an organic compound synthesised with the metal oxide of IIA and acac.Parameters,including reaction time,catalyst concentration and temperature that affected the change in viscosity-reducing were as well investigated.The experimental results show that the effect of viscosity-reducing for Heavy oil with LTO-CB is related with concentration,hydrogen proton donor and reaction duration.At low-temperature condition LTO-CB can effectively reduce the viscosity by oxidative degradation of asphaltenes in heavy oil,and the rate of viscosity-reducing reaches 50 percent for heavy oils with different viscosities.
