摘要
针对裂缝-孔隙型储层特性,用不同交联剂、聚合物配制出了新型聚合物凝胶调堵剂,对凝胶流变性?凝胶强度进行了室内考察,分析了温度、聚合物浓度、剪切速率、成胶时间、振荡频率等对调堵剂性能的影响。结果表明,聚合物浓度增加时,凝胶体系粘度增加,凝胶强度也增加;对部分成胶体系,体系粘度随温度升高而增加;剪切速率增加时,粘度降低。交联剂J3/HPAM-2配成的凝胶在10d时成胶强度大,3d内成胶强度不高,说明该体系可用于深部调剖堵水。
in consideration of the characteristics of fracture-pore reservoirs,different gelling agents and polymers were used to prepare a new polymeric gelling adjusting agent to investigate its rheology,gelling intension in laboratory,and the effects of temperature,polymer concentration,shearing rate,gelling time,oscillation frequency on the plugging adjusting performance were analyzed.The results show that as polymer concentration increases,the viscosity of gelling system increases.For some of gelling systems,their viscosities increase with temperature rising,the viscosities decrease as shearing rate increases,the strength of gels prepared with high gelling agent J3/HPAM-2 is at the highest level at 10 days,the strength is low at 3 days,it indicates that the system can be used for profile control and water plugging in deep reservoirs.
