It has been required that medical workers have to master the language skill especially in tone,sentence and diction in new periods. The paper approach the significance and action of leature skill in diagnosis and treatment processes. It gives the propose that medical workers should comprehand certain knowledge about lecture and possess certain real ability on lecture skill.
