摘要
目的探讨肢导心电图对急性下壁心肌梗死累及右室(RV)的诊断价值。方法选择初发急性下壁心肌梗死(AIMI)患者122例,根据右胸导联V3R～V5R是否具备2个导联的ST段抬高≥0.1mV,分为单纯AIMI组与合并右室梗死(ARVI)组。测定Ⅲ导联与Ⅱ导联ST段升高的比值。结果Ⅲ导联ST段抬高大于Ⅱ导联(简称ST↑Ⅲ/Ⅱ>1)在两组间存在显著差异。结论ST↑Ⅲ/Ⅱ>1对AIMI累及右室有诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the value of limb lead ECG in the diagnosis of inferior myocardial infarction involved right ventricular(RV).Methods The 122 initial acute inferior myocardial infarction(AIMI)patients were divided into simple AIMI group and incorporated with acute right ventricular infarction(ARVI)group according to ST-segment elevation ≥0.1 mV in 2 right chest lead V3R-V5R.The ratio of ST-segment elevation in lead Ⅲ to lead Ⅱ was be determined.Results The ST-segment elevation in lead Ⅲ exceed that in lead Ⅱ(The ratio of ST-segment elevation in lead Ⅲ to lead Ⅱ exceed 1).There are significant deviation in two groups.Conclusion It is the ratio of ST-segment elevation in lead Ⅲ to lead Ⅱ exceed 1 that has diagnostic value in AIMI involved right ventricular.
