摘要
目的:从单结合胆红素(monoconjugatedbilirubin,MCB)水溶解度方面探讨双结合胆红素(diconjugatedbilirubin,DCB)与胆石形成的关系.方法:在制备出大量较纯的MCB的基础上,首次测定了DCB、MCB和非结合胆红素(unconjugatedbilirubin,UCB)等在37℃,pH7.9条件下的水溶解度.结果:DCB、MCB和UCB的水溶解度分别为3410.90±2.42μmol/L、558.25±5.96μmol/L和12.43±0.32μmol/L;MCB水溶解度仅为DCB的1/6.结论:MCB在胆汁沉淀和结石形成中可能起着重要的作用.
Objectives:To discuss the relationship between monoconjugated bilirubin(MCB) andformation of gallstones. Methods:With preparing a larger amount and a rather high purity ofdiconjugated bilirubin(DCB) and MCB, the water solubilities of DCB, MCB and unconjugatedbilirubin(UCB) were measured by HPLC. Results:The water solubilits of DCB, MCB and UCB were3410.90±2.42μmol/L, 558.25±5.96μmol/L and 12.43±0.32μmol/L, respectively, at 37℃ pH7.9. Theaqueous MCB solubility at 37℃ pH7.9 is about six-folds lower than that of DCB. Conclusions:thatMCB, the main pigment in the lithogenic bile, may exert a critical role in the formation ofgallstones.
