微波治疗仪加中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果与护理

Effect of microwave therapy apparatus combing with traditional Chinese drugs enema to treat chronic pelvic inflammation patients and nursing care of them

[目的]观察微波治疗仪加中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。[方法]将68例慢性盆腔炎的住院病人分成两组,每组34例,对照组采用常规输液抗感染和口服中药治疗,观察组采用按方煎药并浓缩至100mL灌肠同时配合微波治疗。[结果]观察组的临床疗效优于对照组,观察组、对照组总有效率分别为94.12%、64.71%,观察组有效病人复发率明显低于对照组。[结论]中药保留灌肠配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎有显著疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of microwave therapy apparatus combining traditional Chinese drugs enema to treat chronic pelvic inflammation pa- tients. Methods： A total of 68 chronic pelvic inflammation inpatients were divid- ed into control and test group 34 eases each. Patients of control group were given routine transfusion for anti-infection combining with orally taking traditional drugs. And patients of test group were given decoeted traditional Chinese drugs based on prescription and concentrated to 100ml combining with microwave therapy. Results： In terms of clinical curative effect, patients of test group were better than that of control group cases. The total effective rate was 94.12% in test group and 64.71% in control group respectively.In terms of reducing the relapse rate,patients in test group was better than that of control groupcases.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese drugs retention enema combining with microwave therapy to treat chronic pelvic inflammation patients is remarkably effective.
