寿胎丸对KM小鼠PCE/NCE比值及MNPCE率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨寿胎丸对KM小鼠骨髓细胞微核率的影响,研究其遗传安全性。方法采用不同时间点、不同剂量对KM小鼠进行体内骨髓细胞染毒,观察其致小鼠骨髓细胞染色体完整性受损及染色体分离异常等。结果采用不同时间点取样,其骨髓细胞微核率与阴性对照相比无明显增加(P>0.05),说明在时效关系上,不同时间点给药对小鼠骨髓细胞微核率无明显影响。采用不同剂量进一步染毒,其骨髓细胞微核率分别与阴性对照组相比也无明显增加(P>0.05),说明在量效关系上,无明显诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核率增加作用。阴性对照组和高剂量组嗜多染红细胞与成熟红细胞比值未见明显降低,表明该药对小鼠骨髓细胞也无明显毒性。结论寿胎丸药液在本试验所确定的100 g/kg剂量范围以下,无明显致小鼠骨髓细胞染色体完整性受损及染色体分离异常。 Objective To investigate the effect of Shoutai pills on MNPCE frequency and its genotoxicity in KM mice. Methods The mice were poisoned in bone marrow at the different time points and with different doses of Shoutai pills, and the chromosomal variety was observed. Results The timbers were get in differ time points, the micronucleus frequency in bone marrow was not increased compared with that in control group (P〉0.05), which indicate that the Shoutai pills in doses of 100, 50 and 25 g/kg are not effective to micronucleus frequency. Conclusions The Shoutai pills in the range of 100g /kg are not obvious genotoxicity to mice.
