天蚕壮阳散对肾阳虚证雄性小鼠生殖能力影响的研究

Effect of Tiancan Zhuangyang decoction on reproduction function in male mice with kidney yang deficiency

目的研究天蚕壮阳散对肾阳虚证雄性小鼠生殖能力的影响。方法将40只昆明种雄性小鼠分为4组:正常组、模型组、男宝组、天蚕组,除正常组外,其他组小鼠均用氢化可的松注射液制造肾阳虚模型,将正常组和模型组给予等体积的蒸馏水,而治疗组给予相应剂量的药物,持续给药28 d。观察各组小鼠睾丸、脾脏、胸腺质量,检测血清睾丸酮(T)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平,精子密度、精子活率、精子活力改变情况。结果模型组睾丸、脾脏、胸腺质量明显减轻,与正常组、男宝组、天蚕组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。模型组血清T、LH、FSH水平明显下降,与正常组、男宝组、天蚕组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。模型组精子密度减少,精子活率降低,精子活力减弱,与正常组、男宝组、天蚕组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论天蚕壮阳散对肾阳虚证雄性小鼠生殖能力有明显的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the action of Tiancan Zhuangyang decoction （TCZYD） reproduction function for the male mice with kidney yang deficiency. Methods 40 KM male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Except for normal group, all the mice were injected hydrocortisone to establish the models. The mice in the normal and model groups were fed with distilled water, and in the Nanbao and TCZYD groups with the same dose of medicine for 28 days continuously. Then, the weight of testis, spleen and thymus were meseaused, and the blood levele of T,LH,FSH and the density, survival, motivity and teratolspemia were examined. Results The weight of testis, spleen and thymus in the model group were much lighter than that in the control, Nanbao and TCZYD groups （P〈0.01）. The blood level of T, LH and FSH in model group were decreased than that in blank control, Nanbao and TCZYD groups （P〈0.01）. The spermatozoan count, spermatozoan survival in the model group were lower, the spermatozoan morphological changes in the model group were higher and the spermatozoan motility was lower, all of the differences were significant （P〈0.01）compared with the control, Nanbao and TCZYD groups. Conclusion TCZYD is effective for the male mice with kidney yang deficiency.
