摘要
本文以积极心理学理论为指导,以一个团体心理辅导方案为例,详细分析了积极人格辅导方案设计的要素,并在此基础上提出了积极人格辅导方案实施的建议。
Guided by theory of positive psychology, this paper illustrates basic components in designing positive personality education plan through an exemplary group psychology counseling and then proposes two pieces of suggestions of implementing positive personality education
