摘要 为了使视障大学生顺利地走上工作岗位,服务于社会,实现自身价值,研究者对就读于上海某师范大学法律系的五名视障大学生进行了职业性向和能力测评,并在此基础上对其进行了职业规划指导。本文详细阐述了这次测评及职业规划指导的意义、过程、经验总结,最后提出要构建系统的视障大学生职业规划测评体系并合理制定视障大学生培养计划。 In order to make the visually impaired college students successfully find a job, serve for the society, and realize their own value, the researchers assess vocational aptitude and capacity of five visually impaired students in the Law Department of Shanghai Normal University, and provide guidance for their career planning. The article elaborates on the significance, the process as well as lessons learned of the assessment and career planning guide, and proposes that the assessment system of visually impaired students' career planning be established and training plan for the visually impaired students be developed.
