全纳教育背景下高校体重超重学生的运动参与现状与对策研究

A Research on Present Situation of College Overweight Students' Sports Participation and the Related Strategies in the Background of Inclusive Education

通过问卷调查,对湘潭大学、湖南科技大学和湖南商学院2006级200名体重超重学生进行学校体育活动方面的调查,结果显示高校体重超重学生对减肥的认识较好,但参与较少;学校对其健身减肥指导不够,且扶持措施落实不到位;体重超重学生参与运动项目类型单一。同时,在全纳教育的精神指导下,对存在的问题提出建设性的建议和对策,旨在将全纳教育的精神灌输到高校体重超重学生的学校体育活动的实践当中,促进高校学校体育活动的全面开展。

200 overweight sophomores in Xiangtan University, Hunan University of Science and Technology and Hunan University of Commerce are surveyed through questionnaire to investigate their sports participation. The results show that college overweight students realize that they should lose weight but they seldom participate in the sports. Universities scarcely guide their weight loss and the related support measures are not carried out. What＇ s more, overweight students＇ sports participation is of monotonic type. Under the guidance of inclusive education, this paper proposes suggestions aiming at the existing problems with the purpose of enhancing development of college physical education through instilling spirit of inclusive education into practice of college physical education.
