摘要
我国经济社会发展过程中出现了代内不公平和代际不公平问题。这是我们建设社会主义社会中不和谐的音符。走可持续发展之路、构建和谐社会,就要在发展的基础上,既要实现代内公平,又要兼顾代际公平。
There are problems of justice within generation and between generations in Chinese economic and social development. It is not the harmonious note in our building socialism society. To take sustainable developing road and build harmonious society, we must, on the basis of development, realize justice within generation and consider the justice between generations.
