由结构性失业引发的对农村职业教育定位的思考

Thinking about the Orientation of Rural Vocational Education in the Circumstance of Structural Unemployment

随着科学技术的飞速发展、经济结构的调整、产业结构的升级,我国农村劳动力的职业技能不能满足岗位需求,结构性失业问题已日益明显,并且有不断加剧的趋势。因此,农村职业教育的服务功能也应发生相应改变,应以农村、农业、农民及市场的需求为出发点,以和谐社会的建设为归宿点,对农村职业教育进行重新定位。

As the development of the science and technology ,the adjustment of the economy structure and the upgrade of industrial structure, the skill of rural labor can＇ t satisfy the post need, structure unemployed problem already increasingly obvious, and turn worse continuously. So the service function of rural vocational education should change accordingly, this text takes the demand of the village, agriculture, peasantry and the market as start, takes the construction of the harmonious society as end-result to expatiate the orientation of rural vocational education in the new era.
