摘要
新增就业人口的就业和失业人员的再就业是一个困扰社会经济发展的重要问题。职业培训是解决上述问题的重要手段,通过职业培训能持续提升受训者的知识、技能与工作态度,从而为他们顺利就业和再就业提供强有力的人力资源保障。为此,必须探索新的培训机制。
The employment of the new population and the re-employment of laid-off workers are important problem disturbing the development of the society and economy. Vocational training is an important means to solve the problems by improving the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the trainees which can provide powerful guarantee of human resource.
