扩张后原位皮肤再扩张术在大面积瘢痕治疗中的临床应用(附6例病例报告)

The clinical application of relaying skin expansion in the large-size scar treatment

目的探讨使用对供区皮肤原位重复扩张的方法治疗大面积瘢痕创面的应用价值。方法选择6例躯干、下肢瘢痕畸形病例,采用皮肤扩张方法对躯干、下肢近瘢痕部位供区皮肤进行扩张后原位皮肤再扩张术,以修复大面积瘢痕创面,观察治疗结果。结果对瘢痕旁供区皮肤进行扩张后原位皮肤再扩张可达到增加两倍的扩张皮肤,6例病例大面积瘢痕均得到成功修复。结论扩张后原位皮肤再扩张术是治疗躯干、四肢大面积瘢痕的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the application value by repairing the large-size scar wound with relaying skin expansion - the repeated expansion of the donor skin. Methods Six cases with body and lower limb scar malformations were chosen. Orthotopic repeated relaying skin expansion of donor skin near the scar was used to repair large-size scar wound. The effects were observed. Results Orthotopic repeated relaying skin expansion of donor skin near the scar can successfully increase two times skins to repair large-size scar wound in all cases. Conclusions Orthotopic repeated relaying skin expansion is an effective method to treat large-size scar in body and limbs.
