摘要
对建设社会主义新农村的规划设计进行了探讨,介绍了社会主义新农村规划设计的基本原则、理论基础及其方法,根据在中观尺度上近郊农民居住区的修建性详细规划的实践经验,对社会主义新农村规划建设进行了探索,以供参考借鉴。
