According to the importance of the cement detection, the author analyzes the cement sampling, the purchase of the instrument and equipment and the environment test conditions, puts forward the control measures of the test processc, describes the content of the quality control program and the quality control plan in the laboratory, to improve the detection technique level and to ensure that the inspection data is accurate and reliable.
