摘要
通过对综合单价包干及总价包干的承包方式的认识、分析,对如何降低总价包干项目的风险作一探讨,提出了施工中应采取的一系列有效的控制措施,从而保证工程质量,为企业带来良好的经济效益。
Through understanding and analyzing of comprehensive unit price contract and total price contract, how to reduce the total price contract project risk was discussed, a series of effective control measures were proposed, which guarantee the engineering quality and can bring economical efficiency for the enterprises.
