结合当前监理行业现状,分析了工程建设全过程监理的概念、工作要点,重点介绍了建设工程施工阶段的质量控制、投资控制、进度控制以及安全控制,并对全过程监理在今后的发展进行了展望,对进一步完善监理制度具有重要意义。
