摘要
分析了监理单位索赔的必要性和可行性以及我国监理单位索赔的现状,提出了监理单位可以索赔的理由、索赔的依据及索赔的费用,从而更好地保护监理单位的利益,提高监理企业的经营管理水平。
It analyses the necessity and feasibility of supervision division claim and the existing situation of supervision division claim in our nation, puts forward reasons, reference, and cost of the claim of supervision division, to protect the benefit of supervision division better and increase the operation and management level of supervision enterprise.
