为了有效地控制和合理地确定工程造价,阐述了完善工程造价管理制度并改进工程造价管理途径的思路,以使人力、物力等有限的资源得到充分的利用,从而使工程项目取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to realize effective control and proper determination of engineering cost the ideas to perfect engineering cost management system and ways to improve the management of engineering cost are elaborated in order to make full use of limit labor and material resources to receive satisfied economic and social benefits for projects.
