摘要 CFB锅炉普遍存在水冷壁、屏式过热器或再热器等受热面磨损严重的问题,因而造成锅炉频繁爆管。大同某电厂2台HG-480/13.7-L.YM26型CFB锅炉在炉膛水冷壁上安装主动多阶式防磨装置,在屏式过热器、屏式再热器上采取的一系列如打磨、包覆等防磨措施,以及通过优化运行调整降低炉膛物料流速等措施,有效降低了受热面的磨损,取得了良好的经济效益。 Severe heat surface erosion problems are often encountered by water walls, platen superheaters or reheaters of CFB boilers, which frequently produce tube bursts. To solve such problems that occurred to two HG-480/ 13.7-L. YM26 CFB boilers of a power plant in Datong, a series of countermeasures were taken, such as adding a driving multi-stage anti-erosion device to the furnace water wall, polishing and mounting cladding to the platen heat surface, reducing matter flow rate by optimizing the unit operation etc. All these measures effectively reduced the heat surface erosion, and subsequently resulted in better economical profits.
