摘要
介绍了微油点火的工作原理及广东省湛江电力有限公司锅炉微油点火系统的改造方案,微油点火在锅炉冷态启动、超低负荷运行及滑参数停炉过程中的应用情况;分析了一次风速、给粉机转速及周界风开度对微油燃烧的影响,给出了锅炉使用微油点火技术中的升温、升压速率和煤粉燃烧效率的评价。
The working principle of commonly used tiny-oil ignition systems is being presented, while a retrofit scheme for the specific tiny-oil ignition system of Zhanjiang Electric Power Co. Ltd. ' s boiler demonstrated. Application status of the tiny-oil ignition system during cold start up, ultra low load operation and sliding parameter shut down is described at detail, while the influence of primary air flow, pulverized coal feeder' s rotary speed and opening degree of perimeter air etc on tiny-oil combustion characteristics analyzed. Moreover, the rising rate of temperature and pressure as well as the combustion efficiency of boiler is illustrated, based on which a preliminary evaluation for the tiny-oil ignition technology is performed.
