摘要
描述了国华太仓发电有限公司2×630 MW超临界机组锅炉高温受热面管氧化皮形成及脱落的过程,分析了造成这一事故的原因,提出并实施了相应的处理办法。实践表明,这些处理措施取得了明显的效果,使机组能安全运行。
Based on detail cause analysis of scale formation and fall-off process from high temperature heat surfaces of 2 × 630 MW supercritical boilers in Guohua Taicang Electric Power Co. Ltd. , corresponding countermeasures are proposed. Actual applications prove these countermeasures to be effective and helpful to safety operation of the unit.
