摘要
天津大唐盘山发电有限责任公司600 MW汽轮机6号及8号轴瓦为短圆瓦,在运行中发生瓦温高的缺陷。通过分析故障原因,提出了轴承改造方案。详细介绍了方案确定过程、轴承更换工艺及轴承改造效果。
Both No. 6 and No. 8 bearing pads for 600 MW steam turbine unit were of the short circular type in Datang International Panshan Power Generation Co. Ltd. , in which high temperature failures were often encountered in the operation. A retrofitting scheme for the bearings has been put forward based on fault analysis. The working out process of the scheme has been introduced as well as the retrofitting technology and result.
