摘要
密封风机是正压直吹式制粉系统的主要配套设备,其密封风机的正确选型不仅可以减少磨煤机密封及内部受损,而且使锅炉机组可以稳定运行。介绍了密封风机的作用及工作过程,分析了因密封风机选型不当可能出现的问题。以电厂实例进行了风机选型设计。
Seal air fan is the main corollary equipment of the pressurized direct firing type coal pulverizing system. Correct selection will not only reduce the damage of pulverizer＇ s seal and its internals, but also make the boiler unit operate stably. The functions and the operating process of the seal air fan have been introduced and some problems have been analyzed because of unreasonable selection. Fan selection has been carried out with some examples from power plants.
