清肺化瘀散对老年下呼吸道感染患者白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8、超敏C反应蛋白及补体C_3、C_4的影响

Effects of qingfeihuayusan on Interleukin-6,Interleukin-8,high sensitive C-reactive protein and complements in elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infections

[目的]观察清肺化瘀散对老年下呼吸道感染患者白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8、超敏C反应蛋白及补体C3、C4的影响。[方法]将60例老年下呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组经验性予以抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予中药汤剂清肺化瘀散治疗,疗程均为7~14天,观察两组的疗效和治疗前后白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及补体C3、C4的变化。[结果]治疗组在改善临床症状、体征,促进实验室检查等回复正常,改善中医症候学方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP、补体C3下降水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清肺化瘀散配合西医治疗老年人下呼吸道感染疗效优于常规西医治疗。

[ Objective ] TO observe the Effects of Qingfeihuayusan on Interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6）, Interleukin - 8 （ IL - 8 ） , high sensitive C - reactive protein （ hs - CRP） and Complements （ C3, C4 ） in Elderly Patients with Lower Respiratory Tract Infections. [ Methods ] 60 cases of Elderly Patients with Lower Respiratory Tract Infections were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both two groups were treated with Antibiotics experiencely for 7 - 14 days. Simultaneously the treatment group was added by Qingfeihuayusan of TCM. Observe the changes of clinical effects, IL - 6, IL - 8, hs - CRP, C3 ,C4 before and after therapy. [ Results ] The treatment group was superior to control group in improving symptoms and objective sign, total effective power , the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome （ P 〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, IL -6, IL -8, hs - CRP and C3 were obviously decreased in treatment group（ P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The curative effect of Elderly Patients with I^wer Respiratory Tract Infections by Qingfeihuayu of TCM combinate with modern medicine treatment is better than modern medicine treatment only.
