摘要
公安机关能力建设是近几年公安队伍建设的重要内容。首先界定了警察文化生态,以及公安机关能力的内涵,然后分析了警察文化生态建设的对于促进公安机关能力建设的必要性,再次构建并分析了公安机关能力建设文化生态体系的运行机制及其实施要点。最后指出加强警察文化生态建设是构建公安机关能力建设长效机制的重要手段。
Public security administrating ability is an important content in police contingent construction. In this paper, police culture ecology and pubic security administration are defined first ,then the needs of strengthen police culture ecology to advance public security administrate ability construction are analyzed ,the operating mechanism of police culture ecology system and its actualizing essentials are built and analyzed. It is pointed out that strengthening police culture ecology construction is an important method for building a long term mechanism of public security ability construction.
