摘要
建立有效的激励机制是企业执行力文化建设的重要手段,从激励机制中存在的问题、激励原则和激励方法出发,在总结前人研究成果的基础上提出新的需求激励模型,并运用需求激励模型对企业员工的需求心理和相应的激励方法选择进行了分析。实现企业目标和员工自身需要的统一,谋求企业利益和个人利益的一致,激发企业员工的积极性和创造性,提升企业的综合实力。
Effective motivation mechanism building is an important means of corporation execution power culture building. This paper analyzes the problem in motivation system, and motivation principia, and motivation methods. On the basis of former research,this paper brings forward a new requirement motivation model,and analyzes the requirement mentality of the staff in corporation by using requirement motivation model, and chooses corresponding motivation method. This paper achieves unification corporation aim and employee need,and achieved unification corporation benefit and individual benefit,inspires positivity and creativity of corporation employee,and advances overall strength of corporation.
