The family enterprises have made great progress since the reform in 1979. With the changes of market environment,Chinese family enterprises have met many barries. To seek for efficient solvable routes,this paper analyses the nature of family enterprise with the help of SWOT tool and studies the ways of exisistence and development strategies.
