摘要
将新产品开发不确定性的来源分为3种:市场不确定性、技术不确定性、开发进程中的不确定性,并分析了具有阶段性与多维性的特点。提出了管理新产品开发不确定性的4种方法:做好新产品开发的前期工作、做好关口决策、分散新产品开发的不确定性、注重不确定性因素的评估并建立不确定性管理的早期预警系统。
The source of new product development uncertainty is divided into three types: market uncertainty, technology uncertainty and process uncertainty. Its stage and multi dimension characteristics are then analyzed. Finally, four methods for managing new product development uncertainty are presented: serious preparatory work, right stage-gate decisions, dispersing uncertainty of new product development, paying attention to assessment of uncertainty and establishing early warning system of uncertainty management.
