摘要
岗位工资是体现劳动差异的工资,体现按劳分配原则。介绍了岗位工资体系设计的一种新的思路和方法。首先运用主成分分析法创建了岗位评价的模型,然后对H公司的岗位进行了评价,最后根据岗位评价的结果并结合公司的薪酬策略和市场的薪酬水平,对H公司的岗位工资体系进行了合理设计。
The job salary is the salary to show the labor difference and reveals the rule of distribution according to work. This paper introduces a creative method of designing job salary system. It first applies the method of principal component analysis to establish the model of job evaluation,then evaluates the jobs of H Corporation,and finally according to the result of job evaluation,rationally designes the job salary system of H Corporation,combining the salary strategies and the salary level of market.
