成人肠套叠12例诊治分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of 12 cases of Wutan in Adult Intussusception

目的:探讨成人肠套叠病因,分析临床特点和外科治疗方法。方法:通过12例成人肠套叠临床回顾分析,结合B超,气钡灌肠,CT等检查,找出病因,早期诊断,早期手术。结果:4例入院即确诊,3例外院确诊,3例5d内确诊,2例剖腹探查确诊,9例均行手术,痊愈出院,3例转外院治疗。结论:对成人肠套叠认识其主要病因,作出早期诊断,早期手术,并争取一期根治术,可减少并发症和提高生存率。

Objective： To investigate the pathogenesis, analyze the clinical and surgical treatment measure of adult intussusception. Methods： Early diagnosis of adult intussusception in 12 adult cases was made in terms of clinical retrospective study and examinations of B ultrasound, barium enema CT and early surgical treatment was performed. Results：Four cases of adult intussusception was definitely diagnosed at admission,3 by other hospital,3 within 5 days and 2 by abdominal exploration. 9 patients were subjected to primary resection ,3 patients were treated by other hospital. Conclusion：The main pathogenesis, early diagnosis , early treatment and primary radical operation of adult intussusception can alleviate the occurrence and increase the long-tem survival.
