经尿道前列腺等离子电切术围手术期的护理

Experience of Perioperative Nursing care of Patients with Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of Prostate

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术围手术期的护理方法。方法:对389例前列腺增生症患者应用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术,并予围手术期精心护理。结果:本组出现膀胱痉挛92例,术后出血较多l例,尿道外口狭窄5例,尿失禁1例,无褥疮、下肢静脉栓塞等严重并发症。结论:加强围手术期护理有利于经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者的术后康复。

Objective： To explore nursing care of patients with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in perioperative period. Methods： Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate was applied to 389 patients with prostatic hyperplasia and meticulous nursing care was given in perioperative period. Results：Cystospasm occurred in 92 patients,postsurgical hemorrhage in one patient, urethrastennosis in 5 patient and urinary incontinence in 1 patient. There were no such complications as bed score and phlebothrombosis of leg. Conclusion：It is helpful for patient recovery to strengthen nursing care in perioperative period of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate.
