重症急性胰腺炎是临床重症之一,常伴有肠麻痹等临床表现,胃肠动力功能的变化对该病的发展及预后有着重要的影响。近年来研究发现,胃肠激素的改变与重症急性胰腺炎胃肠道动力紊乱密切相关。了解重症急性胰腺炎中胃肠激素的改变及对胃肠动力的影响,对于重症急性胰腺炎的治疗及预后有着重要的意义。

Severe acute panereatitis （SAP） is one of elimial severe cases, which is often aeeompanyed by some clinical manifestations, for example enterroparalysis. The function of gastrointestinal dynamics plays an important role on the development and prognosis of this diseases. Recent researches showed that the changes of gut hormone is closely related to the disorder of gastrointestinal dynamics. It has great significance to recognize the changes of gut hormone in severe acute pancreatitis and its effect on gastrointestinal dynamics for the treatment and prognosis of severe acute panereatitis.
