心肌缺血预适应和后适应影响因素的研究

摘要 急性心肌缺血是危害人类生命的原因之一,尽快恢复血液供应是急性心肌缺血的根本治疗手段,但突然恢复血液灌注会出现再灌注损伤。大量的研究证实,心肌缺血预适应和后适应可以减轻再灌注损伤,但具体机制尚未阐明。研究过程中,动物种属、刺激方案、高血糖、高血脂等很多因素可能会干扰心肌缺血预适应和后适应的研究结果,撰文对这些影响因素予以综述。 Acute myocardial iscbemia is one of factors which hazard human's life. Rapidly initiating reperfusion is the most effective treatment to acute myocardial ischemia. However ,when the hearts were reperfused suddenly would lead to" reperfusion injury". Myocardial ischemic preconditioning and postconditioning can reduce reperfusion injury which have been confirmed by many studies, but the mechanisms have not been investigated completely. There are many factors may interfere to the findings recently, such as animal species, stimulation procedures ,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and so. on. This article reviews the study progress on influencing factors of myocardial ischemic preconditioning and postconditioning.
