摘要
由于根管形态的复杂性和肉眼条件下的不可见性,传统的根管治疗技术难以保证根管清理和充填的质量。根管显微镜可以提供更佳的放大和照明作用,直接观察根管的细微结构,减少治疗的不确定性,显著提高牙髓病和根尖周病的治疗质量。现就根管显微镜的组成、功能和其近年来在牙髓治疗中的应用予以综述。
The quality of root canal dressing and filling can not be promised through the traditional rootcanal treatment because it＇s complexity. Dental operating microscope can enlarge the visual field and strengthen the illumination. In the meantime, it can reduce the indetermination of therapy and raise the cure quality obviously. This article reviews related studies at present to show that constitute and function of dental operating microscope in the endodontics.
