促进前交叉韧带重建腱-骨愈合的实验研究及临床应用

The Experimental Study and Clinical Application on Promotion of Tendon-bone Healing in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

摘要 从3个方面介绍了有关腱-骨愈合的知识:①腱-骨愈合的基础知识;②促进腱-骨愈合的实验研究及进展;③促进腱-骨愈合的方法及其在临床上应用。特别是在第2部分,比较全面的概述了有关促进腱-骨愈合的实验研究。最后,对未来的实验研究及临床应用的方向进行讨论。 This article summarized the knowledge on tendon-hone healing from three aspects,which includes the basic knowledge on tendon-bone healing; the experimental studies on promotion of tendong-hone healing, the methods of promotion of tendong-bone healing and their clinical application. In particular,in the second part, experimental study on promoting tendon-bone healing are introduced overall. Finally, the direction of experimental study and clinical application were discussed.
