摘要 小胶质细胞作为中枢神经系统重要的固有免疫细胞,在神经变性和神经炎性反应过程中起重要作用。小胶质细胞是中枢神经系统的"警察",任何神经中枢微小变化都会引起它的变化。脑出血是人类常见的急危重症疾病,发生率高、致残程度重,给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。本文就脑出血后小胶质细胞的激活、作用、凋亡等方面进行综述。 Microglia are important innate immune cells of central nervous system (CNS) and key cellular mediators of neurodegenerative and neuroinflammatory processe. Microglia which act as police of CNS will be changed by any small changes of CNS. Intracerebral hemorrhage is the acute and severe disease of human,which bring a heavy burden to the social and family because of its high incidence of disability. This article reviewed the activation, roles, and apoptosis of microglia intracerebral hemorrhage.
