摘要
实验与临床研究已证实,中药砷剂三氧化二砷(As2O3)能有效治疗急性早幼粒细胞性白血病,有关As2O3抗实体瘤的研究已成为目前抗肿瘤研究的热点之一。抗肝癌作用的研究报告日益增多,本文复习国内外文献,就As2O3抗肝癌作用的实验研究和临床应用新进展予以综述。
Expeimental and clinical studies have demonstrated that arsenic trioxide was effective in treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia. It has been a research hot spots for the role of arsenic trioxide against solid tumors. More and more studies have been carried out to study its role in treatment of human hepatocarcinoma cell. This article reviewed domestic and foreign literature in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with arsenic trioxide.
