摘要曲美他嗪作为一种新型的抗心绞痛药物,通过抑制脂肪酸氧化、增加葡萄糖的利用,从而改善心肌细胞的能量代谢,具有保护心肌作用,且不影响血流动力学,临床应用日益广泛。本文就曲美他嗪在心血管疾病中的临床应用予以综述。 As a new type of anti-isehaemic drug, trimetazidine has good protection effects on human myecardium through inhibiting fatty acid oxidation, increasing glucose metabolism and improving energy metabolism in myocardial cells. Trimetazidine has been widely used in clinical experiences without effects on hemodynamics. This article reviewed the clinical application of trimetazidine in treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
