通过对近几年文献的回顾,从病因病机、辨证论治、专方治疗、中西医结合治疗、动物试验等五方面总结分析了特发性血小板减少性紫癜的研究现况,表明中医药治疗该病有较大的优势和潜力,但有待于进一步的规范和探究。
