跟骨解剖钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折

Calcaneus Anatomical Plate in Treatment of Intra-articular Calcaneal Fractures

目的探讨跟骨关节内骨折的手术治疗方法及跟骨解剖钢板的临床治疗效果。方法对26例(30足)跟骨骨折,按照sanders分型,Ⅱ型15足、Ⅲ型12足、Ⅳ型3足。所有骨折均采用切开复位解剖钢板内固定。结果本组均获随访,参照张铁良跟骨关节内骨折评分标准,优15足、良9足、可4足、差2足。结论跟骨关节内骨折良好疗效的取得在于距下关节面的解剖复位及跟骨外形长度、宽度的恢复。跟骨解剖钢板能有效提供固定的稳定性,为临床提供了一个良好的治疗跟骨关节内骨折的方法。

Objective To study on the surgical treatment method of intra-articular calcaneal fractures and the clinical therapeutic effect of calcaneus anatomy plate. Methods 26 cases （30 feet） calcaneal fractures were involved in this study, including of 15-feet Ⅱ , 12-feet Ⅲ and 3-feet Ⅳ in accordance with sanders type. All fractures were treated with open reduction and anatomical plate internal fixation. Results All of the patients were followed up. According tointra-articular calcaneal fractures score standards made by ZHANG Tieliang,the curative effects were excellence for 15 feet,good for 9 feet,fair for 4 feet and poor for 2 feet. Conclusion The good effects of Intra-articular calcaneal fractures is achieved from the anatomical reduction of subtalar articular surface and recovery of the calcaneal shape length and width. The calcaneus anatomical plate can provide a stability for effective fixation. ,which provide a good clinical treatment method for intraarticular calcaneal fractures.
