变电站绝缘设备泄漏电流监测系统设计

摘要 变电站绝缘设备泄漏电流的大小直接关系着电力设备的安全运行,泄漏电流以污秽绝缘子电流为主。基于GIS平台的智能化电力设备外污秽在线监测系统可根据污秽绝缘子泄漏电流的大小,结合环境温度、湿度及以前发生污闪事故的历史资料,通过数据总线传输录波和计算判断,给出监测报告及上传数据信息,利用专家系统进行分析、判断,做出适时越限报警。 The leakage current of insulated equipment in substation has relation to the safe operation of electric equipment. The cun'ent of contaminated insulator is main leakage cun'ent. The system is GIS based intelligent on-line monitoring system for external contamination of power equipment. In accordance with the degree of leakage current of contaminated insulator, combined with environmental temperature, humidity and historical data, through recorded wave of data bus and calculation judge, the system can supply monitoring report and uplink information, make suitable over-limited alarm with the analysis and judgment of expert system.
