摘要
电力通信网的安全生产不仅对电网的安全稳定运行至关重要,而且是"数字化电网、信息化企业"建设的基础。介绍了通信网的重要性和电力系统通信安全生产面临的形势,运用系统分析方法对通信系统的安全生产进行了分析,提出了基于组织、技术、管理三位一体工作思路实现对电力通信网安全生产的全方位、全过程管理。
The safe production of electric power communication network not only plays an important part in safety operation of power grid, but also is the foundation to construct digital electric power grid and information enterprise. This paper introduces the importance and the situation of the communication network. Safe production of electric power communication is analyzed by system analysis method. The working thought based on the trinity of organization, technique arid management has been put forward. The omnibearing, whole course management of the electric power communication has been realized.
